CRAIC Technologies, in collaboration with the best professionals in the industry, has developed the innovative series of QDI (Quantum Detection Instrument) Microspectrophotometers.
The instrument is designed to acquire spectra on microscopic samples (or microscopic parts of them) in a non-destructive fashion and without coming into contact with the sample.
CRAIC's revolutionary Microscope /UV/VIS/NIR Spectrophotometer, allows for spectra between 200 and 2100 nm to be obtained in a sample area of 1 micron.
The software can be customised according to user requirements.
CRAIC ™ Lightswitch is an optical multiplexer or switch designed to add more functionality to a microscope. This device, once connected to an optical opening on the microscope, can handle the additional functionality, including UV-visible-NIR spectroscopy, image analysis, Raman spectroscopy, refraction index measurements, and much more.
The CRAIC Range includes:
20/30 PV ™ UV/VIS/NIR Microspectrophotometer
The new generation of QDI 2010 ™ microspectrophotometer represents the latest technology in microspectrophotometry.
Its potential allows for the acquisition of spectra in transmission, reflection, polarisation and fluorescence, on microscopically small samples, starting from deep ultraviolet up to the near infrared with great ease, speed, and a very high resolution.
The QDI 302 ™ is the combination of microscope and spectrophotometer and was designed to add the potential of a spectrophotometer to an optical microscope or to update an old microspectrophotometer.
It can acquire spectra in transmission, reflection, and polarisation of fluorescence on microscopic sized samples starting from the deep ultraviolet up to the near infrared, in addition to carrying out single wavelength measurements.
The QDI QDS III ™ is the first StereoMicrospectrophotometer in the world.
The QDS III ™ is designed for the micro-analysis of inks, paper, minerals, electrical circuits, in addition to larger and more heterogeneous materials by measuring reflectance, transmission and fluorescence from deep ultraviolet to near infrared.
The QDI 2010 ™ microspectrophotometer is the most advanced ever built.
Thanks to the latest available manufacturing technologies, the QDI 2010 was an extremely powerful tool in non-destructive analysis in microscopy, while at the same time being very easy to use.
The samples below 1 micron can be analysed very quickly and with a minimum of sample preparation.
The microspectrophotometer can measure the microspectrum of a sample in transmission, reflection, polarisation and fluorescence in the near-UV region, visible and near infrared NIR with a very high spectral resolution, all with a single instrument and without having to change its configuration.
Thanks to the DirecVu ™ package, samples can also be observed through the eyepieces.
The instrument's working range is worth mentioning:
