ICP-OES / ICP-MS Spectroscopy

SICP-OES / ICP-MS SPECTROSCOPY

ERRECI is pleased to announce the availability of CISRI NCS products on the market— a company specialized in ICP-OES / ICP-MS / XRF instrumentation.

NCS TESTING TECHNOLOGY Germany is the German branch of CISRI NCS Testing Technology. At the recent Analytica 2024 trade fair, the company presented its latest models for metal analysis, specifically: Plasma 3000 (ICP-OES), PlasmaMS 300 (ICP-MS), CNX-808 (X-Ray Fluorescence).

PRODUCT RANGE INCLUDES

Plasma 3000 – ICP-OES Spectrometer

ICP-OES Spectrometer Simultaneous Dual-View

  • Dual-View Optics (Axial and Radial): Ideal for analyzing samples with trace or high concentrations of metals.

  • Solid-State RF Generator: Efficient, compact, and stable; suitable for complex matrices or high organic solvent content.

  • Torch: The vertical design improves robustness and lifespan, reduces cleaning procedures, and allows easy installation and replacement.

  • Sample Introduction: Equipped with optimized sampling systems, suitable for organic solvents, high-salinity samples, complex matrices, or samples containing hydrofluoric acid (HF).

  • Detector: Large back-illuminated CCD detector offers sensitivity across the full spectral range, superior quantum efficiency in UV compared to competitors, anti-blooming function, and triple-stage Peltier temperature control at -40°C.

ICP-MS technology has become one of the most effective analytical approaches for trace and ultra-trace analysis, thanks to its exceptional detection limits, reduced interferences, high precision and speed of analysis, simultaneous determination of multiple elements, and other outstanding analytical capabilities.

The instrument was developed in collaboration with CNEAC (National Center for Environmental Analysis and Measurement), NRCG (National Research Center for Geoanalysis), BGRIMM (Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy), CISRI (Central Iron & Steel Research Institute), and BCPRC (Beijing Center for Physical and Chemical Analysis).
NCS has developed analytical and testing methods for metals across various application areas, including environmental analysis, rare earth analysis, rare elements in geology and mineral resources, analysis of precious and toxic metals, speciation and valence of harmful and toxic metals in food products.

  • Quadrupole with measurement range 2–255 amu; resolution < 0.8 amu
  • Vacuum System: High-performance turbo-molecular pump and external mechanical pump allow for rapid vacuum creation and ensure signal sensitivity
  • RF Plasma Generator 27.12 MHz: Efficient and stable solid-state RF
  • Sample Introduction: Compatible with external accessories such as laser ablation and liquid chromatography, acid-resistant option available (HF resistance)
  • Collision Cell: Operates through a high-performance mass flow controller, using a fast and efficient “helium collision model”

ICP-MS Quadrupole Spectrometer

CNX-808 – Sequential Wavelength Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometer (XRF)

Fluorescence Spectrometer

X-ray fluorescence (XRF) is one of the most essential analytical technologies, enabling detection of a wide range of elements (B–U) over a broad dynamic range (ppm–100%). It offers excellent detection limits, high accuracy, fast analysis, full automation, non-destructive testing, simple sample preparation, and simultaneous multi-element analysis.

  • High-stability, high-precision X-ray source: 4kW power ensures high sensitivity and fast analysis
  • Optics: Short optical path maximizes counts; configuration includes up to 10 filter groups, 10 aperture groups, 4 primary collimator groups, and 10 dispersive crystal groups
  • Goniometer: High-precision Θ/2θ, independently and separately driven
  • Applications: Geology, building materials (cement, paint, etc.), material science, new materials, environmental technologies (soils, plants, sediments, etc.)
